“Introduction to Cybersecurity”

Develop a cybersecurity mindset and secure your devices (smartphones/computers).

Identify potential risks while browsing the internet or exchanging emails.

Duration:
3.5 H ( ½ day)
Target Audience:
Employees of small and medium-sized enterprises who use a computer or smartphone for work or personal purposes and have little or no prior knowledge of cybersecurity.
Prerequisites:
Basic ability to use a computer or smartphone and a need to use these devices for professional activities.
TRAINING CONTENT:
Overview of cybersecurity threats and risks
Awareness of viruses and phishing attacks
Device configuration for improved security
Password improvement and use of password managers
TEACHING METHODS:
Combination of theoretical explanations and practical exercises, supported by PDF course materials.
TRAINER PROFILE:
Benjamin HERVE – Research Engineer – ENS Rennes.
ASSESSMENT METHODS:
Diagnostic assessment at the beginning and summative evaluation at the end of the training (evaluation questionnaire reviewed during the session).
TECHNICAL RESUIREMENTS:
Classroom equipped with a projector. The trainer will provide a computer and presentation materials.
